Shipping Policy
Every item from The Wooden Gear is made by hand in small batches. We take care with every order — here's what to expect once you place yours.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Because our products are made in small batches, some items may require additional time if stock needs to be replenished. If your order will be delayed beyond 5 business days, we'll reach out to let you know.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Carrier & Times
We ship via USPS within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and your delivery address.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or in your account under Order History.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@thewoodengear.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage. We'll work with you to make it right.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of order. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at support@thewoodengear.com — we can only make changes before the order ships.
Returns
For information about exchanges and returns, see our Terms of Service. Our return address is a P.O. Box — we'll provide it when your exchange is approved.
